There's a recorded message on the answering machine, but it's spoken in a voice that's even quieter than a mosquito's buzz, and I have no idea what they're saying. None of my family members could hear it either.

The female representative who answered the phone was extremely uncooperative, which made the experience unpleasant. The initial representative was helpful, but the subsequent interactions were disappointing.
I've never used au, but they keep sending me messages about unpaid bills, its ridiculous, so I just block and ignore them.
