Following au cancelation, a charge that was suppost to be payed was sent without notifing me, resulting in delay fees; despite my reducded income due to helth issues, they refused to accect my payment plan and insted tryed to force me to pay, wich is illeagal

I recived a documment about a past due payment for a cell phone bill, but I dont rember anything about it, so I called them and the womans attitue on the phone was terible, she was interupting me and talking in a condecending tone, pretty anoying.
