Commonwealth Bank scam alert – protect your account! - +61 3 7050 4106 ((03) 7050 4106)

Opinione dell’esperto
Like a wolf in sheep’s clothing, these calls masquerade as legitimate bank alerts to snatch your cash. The pattern is clear: an automated voice claims a $1800 charge from Commonwealth Bank, pushes you to press a key, and tries to harvest login details. Never confirm personal or financial info over the phone, even if the caller sounds urgent. Hang up, block the number, and report it to the ACCC or your bank’s fraud line. Use official bank numbers from statements, enable call‑blocking apps, and regularly review account activity. Staying skeptical and verifying through trusted channels keeps scammers at bay.
