It looks like the number +18668091062 is being used by scammers posing as a debt collector for Spectrum. Many users report receiving texts claiming they owe money to Spectrum, even though they either don’t have an account or are up to date with payments. The texts often come from different numbers and include a link to a website, which is a red flag. Some users have tried replying with "stop" to block the messages, but the texts continue. If you receive such a call or text, do not click on any links or provide personal information. Instead, verify your account status directly with Spectrum and report the scam to the FTC. Stay vigilant and protect your personal data.

A text message was received from this number, claiming to be from Spectrum regarding a debt collection, which is clearly a scam since there has been no prior debt with Spectrum, and they have also used another number for the same ruse.
it's importint to take action against these scammers by reporting them to the proper agencys, and by hiring a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis, which would cost you no money out of pocket, and would eventualy lead to their bankrupcy
It is puzzling that a simple solution to a problem has not been implemented
