It looks like the number +18668091062 is being used by scammers posing as a debt collector for Spectrum. Many users report receiving texts claiming they owe money to Spectrum, even though they either don’t have an account or are up to date with payments. The texts often come from different numbers and include a link to a website, which is a red flag. Some users have tried replying with "stop" to block the messages, but the texts continue. If you receive such a call or text, do not click on any links or provide personal information. Instead, verify your account status directly with Spectrum and report the scam to the FTC. Stay vigilant and protect your personal data.

They claimed to be from Spectrum, trying to collect a debt, but I dont owe them ennything.
I have been receiving constant texts prompting me to call about a supposed SPECTRUM matter to collect a debt, which is ironic since SPECTRUM confirmed they had no knowledge of such calls.
This number is used for debt collection purposes.
Experiencing the same issue as others, they probably try every number in the area served by Spectrum, assuming atleast 50% of people use it - we are on autopay and our balance is zero, these peoples are despicable
Despite never having been a Spectrum customer, I received the same message as others.
Exercise caution with this number, as it may be a phishing attempt to obtain personal information, such as date of birth, which should never be shared.
As I am already on autopay and my account is up to date, I believe the claims made by the caller are false and I only trust direct communication from Spectrum

Reportedly, the scammer claimed to be a debt collector for spectrum, but I am curently paying my bill, so I know I am not in collections, making this call completly bogus.
After receiving the same message as others, I replied with 'stop' and received a confirmation message stating I would no longer receive messages from this number, with the option to resubscribe by replying 'start'
A text message was received, prompting a call to Spectrum to report the issue.
After replying with 'STOP', I received a response stating that I could text 'unstop' to receive messages again, which I will test
