I had a similair situation, i found some charges from Mobipay8663404990 on my bill; 0.99$, 4.00$, 0.99$ and 4.00$ for a total of 9.98$ plus taxes, but i didnt recieve any text messages, Videotron called the number and it appartains to 'National Trade & Global', a company that seem to change its name frecuently.

On january 18th, 2024, I was also fraudulently charged 2 times at the same hour, from mobipay, with ammounts of .99Cents and 4.00$, and I will be filing a complaint with Videotron and the CRTC.

I've had the same issue, and after blocking Prenium, I've been unable to receive anything; I'm taking drastic measures to prevent this from happening again, and according to Videotron, I must have accidentally registered somewhere, despite not receiving any messages on the day in question, which is unacceptable for paying customers.

J'ai aussi reçu des messages le 11 mars 2019, 3 messages pour $4, 2x $0.99, heureusement, Videotron m'a remboursé et a bloqué tous les messages premium, c'était une experiance desagreable.
