Opinia eksperta
Multiple users report being charged fraudulent fees by the number +18663404990, associated with "Mobipay" or "Triton Global." These charges, typically for premium text messages, appear on mobile bills, often with no corresponding messages received. Some users allege their providers, such as Videotron, refused to remove the charges or address the issue. Customers have experienced charges ranging from $0.99 to $4.99 per message, sometimes totaling significant amounts, and are frustrated by a lack of transparency from both the service provider and the billing company. Users recommend blocking premium messages and filing complaints with regulatory bodies like the CRTC. Always verify charges with your provider, and be cautious about unknown numbers or services. Consider contacting your provider to block premium services to avoid future fraud.
