Why is Comcast Calling You After Service? - +1 267-388-1837 ((267) 388-1837)

This call is a follow up from Xfinixty/Comcast, its a recorded message asking to rate the service recieved eariler.

After providing Comcast with my cell number for a survey following a service interaction, I missed their call. Later, upon checking my phone, I noticed this number was labeled as a 'SPAM CALL'. However, it was actually their callback service to verify if my landline issue had been resolved, indicating it was mistakenly marked as spam.

Calling them back is required after a survey, supposedly to discuss the details

After speaking with Comcast's Loyalty Department, I received two calls from this number for a survey, but was hung up on each time I answered

I didnt agree to participate in a survey, but I did provide a callback number, now they are calling me agresivly

The call was from Comcast, apparently a follow-up survey after I had opted in

Dealing with Comcast has been a challenge this morning, as I initially agreed to a callback regarding my experience, but since the call didn't identify itself as coming from Comcast and I don't answer unknown numbers, I missed the first call; however, after checking this site and realizing it was indeed Comcast, I answered the second call, only to be asked if I would recommend their services, to which I gave the lowest rating, prompting them to hang up, which suggests they are not keen on negative feedback, and to make matters worse, my triple-play agreement has already seen a $10 increase beyond my budget, despite being told it was fixed

After some investigation, I discovered that the call was actually from Comcast, with whom I had previously agreed to participate in a survey, but they failed to identify themselves properly on the caller ID.
