They called me twice, didnt answer, they probably scammer, dont answer if they call you

These pepole are scammers, they use Türk Telekom infrastucture and ask for 2900 TL for modem, I told them I dont have türk telekom and they hang up, dont trust this number

Initially, I didn't realize this was a scam as they mentioned improving my infrastructure, which I knew was problematic; however, I became suspicious when they knew about my wife's registered number.

This number called me twice, stating that my infrastructure had been updated and if I didn't upgrade my modem, I wouldn't be able to access the internet, and they quoted a price of around 2900 TL, likely a scam

Yesterday, around 17:55, they called me, i had reported a malfunction, they said that the malfunction had been resolved, but there was a problem with the infrastructure, and that i needed to replace my modem, otherwise i wouldnt be able to use the internet, they said it would cost 2900 tl, and they would send it to me by cargo, i refused, and they hung up the phone, but what i wonder is, how did these scammers know about my malfunction report, it seems like somebody inside is leaking information, be careful, dont trust them

These scammers claim to have a strong infrastructure and fast internet, but they are just liars
