Apparently, it's a scammer.

It appears that Türk Telekom is complicit in these scams, as they provide the phone lines and seemingly turn a blind eye to the fraudulent activities

It is puzzling that despite numerous complaints, no action has been taken against these numbers, and the institution responsible for allocating these numbers seems to be neglecting its duties.

This number just called us, and we hung up because it seemed suspicious.

From now on, anyone who answears to unkown numbers deservs to be scammed, dont answear and block those numbers, they wont call you to help you !!!

I just got a call from this number, but I didn't answer and blocked it, as I suspected it might be a scam

These bastards dont have any religion, i will report them to the Cyber security, i wish they get caught

The dimention of marketing fraud, supposibly forbidden to call without permisson, I yelled at them

Generally, people like them dont stop callin from diffrent numbers, we live in a tecnology age every body have smart phone we can easyly block them, they just waist our time

I didnt even answered, i blocked it.

It called me while I was in clas, then it hang up and I blockd it

The caller seemes dangerus so i hung up immediatly

The caller claimed to offer internet services with 'state support' through Türk Telekom infrastructure, but it sounded untrustworthy, so I ended the call without listening further.
