They call me repeadetly, 5-10 times a day, I'm going to report them
They call regarding a Superonline connection, and there are no issues.
The caller requested a Turkish ID number for a supposed Superonline transfer, which raised suspicions, as such information is not typically requested, and the call was abruptly ended when this was pointed out
I contacted Süperonline and they claimed this number is not associated with them, it's a scam, be cautious and don't answer.

I just blockd the number without cheking who it was
A substantial amount, nearly 2000TL, was charged for a tablet, and despite being a Turkcell customer, no solution was provided, leaving me frustrated
I sent an email to Turkcell complait department, on oct 15 2022 at arround 3 pm, i aplicated for superonline internet on the oficial website, they asked for my name and phone number, and i registred, then i got a call from 0850 360 42 22, saying they where from superonline, and they asked for my ID number, but i didnt give it to them becuse i didnt verify the number, so i called the oficial number 00532 532 00 00, and i asked them to verify the number, but after talking to 5 diferent representatives, they coudnt verify it
