I got a call on my mobile from an unknown number, so I looked it up here and didn't answer, which was a good decision.

Apparently, this individual from 0423960491, affiliated with Sanwa Security, and residing at 3-2-18 Nozokihira, Noguchi-cho, Higashimurayama City, boasts about having a monthly income of 3 million yen and being a wealthy person due to real estate investments. They claim to be a native English speaker and an expert in calligraphy, while also being a member of the Soka Gakkai organization, which they believe will cover up any wrongdoing. This person seems to have a history of deceiving others and fleeing from responsibilities, often resorting to tears when confronted with difficulties.

This could be a scam calling themselves an electric company, as they didn't leave their name and only a voicemail message
