A woman who said she was from 「エルエス」called me and said somthing about 中国電力, she was very agresive and kept talking fast, it was realy scary
I received two consecutive calls from a blocked number, claiming to be from China Electric Power, stating that my rates could be lowered. When I asked to speak to a representative, they refused, and after I hung up, they called again with music and machine noise, which felt like harassment.
