i receiv a call from a nice guy, he was very polite and introduce himself, i dont think it's a scam
this companys the worsed.
When I asked if they were really an NTT West Japan agent, as they claimed, they said yes.
They said they're from NTT and they're gonna do some work, but i didnt let them in

I dealt with an official NTT agent, and the representative, Ota, was very calm and provided clear explanations, making it a pleasant experience.
It's suppost to be NTT agent but they use KDDI line instead

However, during the address confirmation process, it was discovered that my address had changed, which differed from the one provided. Upon being asked to provide the new address, I declined, and the call was abruptly terminated.
