When i answered the call, it was about a support that would be benificial, they said they are from softbank, so i called softbank customer service and they confirmed that this number is one of ther outsourced numbers, so its not a problem

Since it was an unknown number, I didn't answer, but upon investigation, it appears to be a SoftBank number. Although I have been using their support service for two years, I was considering changing my phone model, but unfortunately, the types of identification accepted for the change are limited, making it impossible for me to do so.
