The caller, supposedly from Kyushu Electric, was extremely pushy and seemed like a scam; if this is a legitimate company, they should educate their operators on better customer service.
I got a call from them around 20:00 today. They claim to be from Chubu Electric Power's Eco Support, and they say they can simulate whether the electricity bill will be cheaper or not, but i wasn't interested.
They called themselfs Life Suppot, claming electric bill increse, they kept calling even after i blockd the number, dont they no whats calld speciel comers law?
