This was a scam call. They claimed to be from the Yamaguchi Prefectural Police, saying my PayPay card was used for fraud and provided my address and name without my input. Since I don't have a PayPay card, I told them I'd ask my husband and they hung up without a callback or SMS
They introduced themselves as the Yamaguchi Prefectural Police and asked to discuss something in private. When I asked if it was genuine, they hung up. I called the police and was told it was a scam call to extort money, completely unrelated to the police.
