The voice message started with 'to all residents in the Hokuriku Electric Power area' so I cut it off right away
Shortly after recieving the call, a voice message stated it was for residents of a particular area, so I immediatly hung up.
Thought it was a scam from tokyo electric, so i hung up.
I thought it was a scam from Tokyo Electric and hung up imediately
