Money Forward is so annoying!
Suspicious calls have been made to me, claiming I can switch from SoftBank to au and get a cheaper plan, but the calls aren't directly from SoftBank and the rates are unclear.
The caller introduced himself as Simomura, a male representative from Money Forward.
A man claiming to represent Rakuten Symphony called to provide event information
I got scammed
The experience with this company was thoroughly disappointing. Despite being assured of cost savings, the actual expenses were significantly higher, and the wifi router provided was initially offered at a charge, which was later changed to a free service after negotiation. The internet speeds were also inadequate for work purposes, necessitating a change in plan. The additional options resulted in substantial extra costs if not canceled within two months. Overall, the experience was regrettable, and it is not recommended to engage with their sales team.

The caller claimed to be from SoftBank, stating they had previously worked on my internet installation, but when I told them I didn't use SoftBank, they put me on hold and then hung up. When I called back, I got a message saying they couldn't connect me due to customer circumstances. This company seems to be involved in some shady activities.
This number poses as a current contract holder and aggressively promotes switching to a different line, which is a nuisance.
They offer me a deal to change my phone line and get 20000 yen cash back
Its a scam, they dont even sound like softbank employees, they was trying to convince me somethin
Upon answering, I was bombarded with an indecipherable conversation, only to be informed that my current SoftBank plan could be reduced from 6500 yen to 4494 yen by switching to AU Hikari. This seemed to be an automated switch, but upon closer inspection, it appeared to be a sales pitch to change my contract, which I refused, and the caller abruptly hung up.
