I received a call from Ion Credit Service regarding a card that had been used fraudulently, and the response was normal, although the call was brief and ended quickly after multiple attempts.
A guy named Yamaura, he had an agressive tone from the start, saying stuff like 'what do you want me to do?' and 'you dont understand', i dont think he is a real costumer care person, its like he is insane or somthing
Although the Tokyo management center's phone number is genuine, the number they provided led to a credit card scam, so it's untrustworthy; it's best not to call 043-213-2071.
It's becoming increasingly difficult to determine which phone number is genuine.

I had a voicemail on my cell phone, and when I called back the number I was told, I got a voice guide and wasted my time, only to find it was a number for the Sendai management center, which then transferred me to the Tokyo management center

When I answered, the caller immediately hung up. This happened three times, so I marked it as a nuisance call and searched for it here. Is it related to Ion Card? Why did they call me with an Italian phone number?
This company is terrible, and the person named Okada has the worst attitude, which is a serious violation of human rights.

The level of rudeness and lack of integrity among these people is appalling, with many staff members being unable to speak Japanese and displaying emotional instability.
You shouldnt be colleting debts without studying japanese first, thats just redicilous.
