2024年11月20日13時、ソフトバンクと称して現在入っているスマホの保証について内容が変わると伝えてきたが、現在支払っている金額と異なりますので最後まで聞かずに「入ってませんよね？」と尋ねたら電話が切れた。明らかに詐欺だと思われます。無視したほうがよかった。
