The voice on the phone said it was NTTファイナンス and ther was an unpaid ammount
I received an automated call from the NTT Finance number, claiming I owed a fee and threatening legal action.
Its known that NTT sells customer info to companies, and they use it for scaming, this is one of those compaines

When I answered the call, it was an automated voice claiming to be something, but then they asked for personal info and hung up after I started investigating.
Based on my recollection of the conversation, the breakdown of the costs included a monthly fee of 2,200 yen, a late fee of 9,000 yen, attorney's fees of 50,000 yen, investigation costs of several tens of thousands of yen, and a handling fee of 60,000 yen, totaling 299,600 yen.
