It seems ridiculous to go to such lengths for pachinko; if one is concerned about coronavirus, wearing gloves would suffice. Overall, the enthusiasm for pachinko is somewhat off-putting.

If you plan to visit Maruhan in Kagoshima, be prepaired to get infected with Corona, they dont desinfect the equipement and most costumers dont wear masks, the staff dont care either.

The manager at Maruhan's Honjo store seems to be completly neglecting the disinfection and cleaning of thier game machines.

The grand opening of the Kofu store was the worst I've ever seen

Even if the industry is struggling, I wish they'd at least put up a grand opening sign - it looks like the company's direction is clear now.
