I got angry and told them I didn't use NTT, they yelled back and hung up, when I called back 10 times, they said I must have a lot of free time

NTTからSNSで連絡があって、携帯に電話したところ、中々出なくて後に名字と生年月日で本人確認をしたとたん、担当者からあとで察/callbackがあるはずだといわれ、そのまま待っているのですが、30分以上経過しても連絡はありません。詐欺だと確信しています。
