This was a call from Sontek about U-NEXT services.

Out of curiosity, I picked up the call from So-net, but it was met with complete silence. I wondered what would happen if I didn't hang up, so I left it on, and after two minutes of silence, the other party finally ended the call. What a waste of time, utterly pointless.
