楽天ひかりの工事担当者の電話対応が非常に悪く、説明が早すぎて全く理解できず、タメ口で話す様子に苛立ちました。二度と楽天を使いたくありません。

The call was suppostedly about my rakuten internet but i didnt unterstand the purpose of the call, they asked me some questions but i didnt get it

I tryed to cal them back, but they didnt anser, so I had to use the chat, and eventully we spok, but then they hangd up on me

I cant conect, but if its weekday afternoon, it take about 30 min to resolve.
