Last month, i recived a call from a rakuten mobile sales representative, who informed me that nearly half of the custommers didnt have the free first month option, and asked me to confirm with them.

I thougt it was weird that the girl had a Kansai accent, i ask her why she was calling from Kansai and she say she was buzy with FX, so i hang up

I try to get a new option from楽天モバイル, but they keep try to sell me somethin else, first they try to sell me free wifi, then when i decline they try to sell me some virus software

They called to 'confirm' their service, but it was just a sales pitch, and when I declined, they said 'many people are cooperating with us, can we have your cooperation?'
