UQモバイルのカスタマーサポート。14日間電波が悪くて全然繋がらず、電話も使えずマイページも更新できないので解約したのに、2月末契約の1日分が満額基本料金とか嘘ばっかり。UQモバイルのQ&A見たらMNPした日の1日分は日割り計算だって書いてあった。2重取りする気満々のKDDIの格安UQモバイルに関わらない方がいいです。注意してください。本当のこと書いただけなのに「損害賠償150万払え」みたいな脅し文書まで送られてきますよ。すぐ警察に通報して総務省にメールを。怖いキャリアです~。
