Initially told to arrive in 40 minutes, but it took over an hour. Was asked to pay 30,000 yen for battery replacement, 15,000 yen for starter kit and transportation, and tax. Ended up being told to replace the battery, not just repair it. The prices seemed like a rip-off, so I canceled. Was still asked to pay 15,000 yen for cancellation, supposedly for highway fees and remaining battery life, but the prices were clearly unreasonable. Had to argue and eventually settled for paying 50,000 yen. Hope no one else falls victim to this.
