After searching online, I found a repair center, but it turned out to be a scam company called Yamato Corporation, and unfortunately, I was thoroughly deceived. They told me the water valve was compatible only with a 24,000 yen product and the construction fee was 8,000 yen, totaling 32,000 yen, which I agreed to. The next day, they came to do the construction, removed the water valve, and then said it was frozen and couldn't be used, so I had to replace it, which cost 73,000 yen. I paid in cash, and they said it included consumption tax and service, so I paid. When I searched for the installed water valve online, I found it was sold for 8,000 yen. When I mentioned this, they said the 24,000 yen was for delivery and transportation costs!
