appears to be a scam. i was calling a unavalible number and made about 15 calls (i really needed to), afterwards i found out the person didnt recieve any mesages about my calls, then i checked my balance and it was lower, i went to my account and saw that every call to the unavalible number was marked as outgoing!!! 4 sec and so on, and they charged me for every minute!!! in total i lost about 40 rubles, it seems that call forwarding was set up to the number 89150299115... check yours too!!! and disable it immidiately!
