After answering, they hung up the phone in a few secunds, but I heared a call center noise. They called back, but noboday picked up.

The caller addressed me by my name and patronymic, claimed to be from the State Register, and then proceeded to ask for a code from an SMS.
Звонили с этого номера и пытались выманить данные карты, типичное мошенничество. Не ведитесь на такие разговоры, лучше сразу кладите трубку. Очень раздражает, когда такие звонки приходят постоянно.
