Claimed to be social services, but hung up when I didnt respond, displayed as "pererhofskie pekarni"
Apparently, the caller claimed to be from Yota operator, stating that my package was expiring, but thats not true, will we renew it?!, Yota is 'Scartel', Moscow, luckily the call was dropped after determining the Krasnodar region.
Also introduced themselves as an energy-saving organization and asked to name the SMS with a four-digit number

Scammers claiming to be from the pension fund
They claimed to be from the pension fund and stated that my employer was violating laws regarding pension payments, asking me to fill out a form on government services
Recieved a call from Мотив company, they said that the phone number contract is expiring and needs to be renewed today, i think its a spam, scammers
They called from company Motiv, said that the contract for my number is expiring, i need to renew it today within an hour, i think it is a spam, scammers
They said i need to apply on gosuslugi becouse my employer violate law
Pretending to be from the pension fund, these scammers are deceitful
They said they were from an energy saving orginization, and that there was a decission to replace some counters.
They introduced themselves as energy-saving organization and said there is a decree on replacing meteres, asked to name sms with four-digit number, supposedly it is order number
Claimed to be from Yota, stating that my package was expiring, which was false, and I was able to identify the call as coming from the Krasnodar region
