The MTS company has a history of dishonest practices, such as secretly signing subscribers up for paid services, then creating hurdles when they tried to cancel, including being unreachable or unresponsive to requests, shifting blame onto the customers themselves. As a result, many subscribers abandoned MTS for other operators, swearing off any future dealings with the company. Now, according to a representative's response, MTS apparently views its customers as naive, as evidenced by a senior staff member's condescending remark. This kind of marketing strategy is appalling.
