This number is apparently Westpac, i called it and they cancelled my card because it was being hacked, then i was suspicious because of the comment's here, so i called the number on my card to double check with Westpac, and the number is legit and go's directly to the Fraud team.

I verified that this is indeed the Westpac Crime and Fraud Team by calling their main number. I had received a suspicious text and was wary, but it turns out it was a legitimate security feature. By calling this number, I was able to report the fraud and block my compromised card, which was a relief.
