After recieving a call from this number, a young girl inquired about a family member by their first name, and when I informed her they were unavailable, she apologised and abruptly ended the call, which I found quite odd, and upon further investigation, I discovered that the number is not in use, or so it claim's

When I clarified that I wasn't a Genises customer at that address, the caller abruptly ended the conversation, citing an update to their records. I subsequently contacted Genises, and they had no record of the call.
