Definate scam artist - blocked the number after seeing the 'Suspected Scam' warning from Truecaller and Samsung.
This 'victorian health dept' bloke called me so many times I've had to block the number.

TKW research called at 8:30pm, this woman was speaking so fast I had to ask her to slow down. I wasnt impressed.
