When a debt collector contacts you, you should ask them to provide the original contract with your signature, if they cant provide it, you cant be held responsable for the debt, and if you've already ignored them, you can reset the comercial default by apoligizing and requesting the contract again.

Credit Corp continously calling from different numbers, despite my request to recieve emails as I have no way of verifying their identity over the phone.
Receiving constant calls from an annoying debt collector has made me even more determined not to pay the debt.
Credit Corp has been calling daily, despite regulations limiting such calls to three times a week in Victoria, and their actions seem to be in violation of the UCC and NCC.

My advise would be to inform them that you will be reporting their activites to ASIC
These people are harassing me and my family over someone else's debt - apparently they're in contact with the actual debtor, but Credit Corp seems to be turning a blind eye, it's absolutly ridiculus. This is an obviouse breach of privacy laws and should be adresssed.

They've rang me a couple of times, asking for my wife by name - the problem is, they don't actually know her name, I think they're just fishing for information from facebook or somewhere else. We don't owe anyone any money, so I'm not sure what their game is.
