Γνώμη ειδικού
Imagine getting a call from a familiar health insurer right after you request an online quote. The voice may sound official, but callers often use high‑pressure tactics or silent drops to test numbers. Always double‑check the caller ID against the official Medibank number listed on their website, and avoid sharing personal info such as DOB or policy details until you initiate a callback on a verified line. If the call feels off, let it go to voicemail and confirm the outreach through the insurer’s portal or email. Blocking repeat numbers and reporting suspicious activity to Medibank’s fraud team can stop unwanted follow‑ups.

The call appeared to be from Medibank; I was only seeking an online quote and never gave consent for further contact.
An unsolicited spam call pretended to be from Medibank, repeatedly calling without leaving any message.
Definitely not a legitimate call from Medibank, as they would have left a message if it were genuine.
The caller claim to be from Scammer Medibank, I know they change their numbers in 2023 after the hack, Medicare and Medibank are similiar except one is private and one is not.
The scammer agreed to meet through facebook or other activites, and then proceded to call me using 22 diferent numbers from spoofed locations, which was a very disturbing and unpleasent experiance.
Despite not answering, Medibank continued to call, apparently due to a survey mix-up and incorrect contact information.
A Medibank representative called; I remember their digits were updated in 2023 after a security breach. Note that Medicare and Medibank differ, serving public versus private health plans.
Because the call seemed unsolicited, I chose not to answer. Having just finished a survey, I think they have no justification to reach me at this number, as it doesn't match any survey firm I know, likely a device mix‑up.

After requesting an online quote, I was bombarded with repeated Medibank calls. Their aggressive follow‑up convinced me I’ll never choose Medibank for insurance; I prefer contacting providers myself when I’m ready.
Upon inquiring about a quote online, I received a call from Medibank, which was expected as I had initiated contact with them.
Usually, the caller linked to Medibank contacts you after an online request for insurance quotes.
I receiv a missed call from this number, last week they send me a message supposedly from Medibank, but i dont have a account with them, i just block the number.
Blocking this number is strongly advised, as it appears to be a scam. Today I missed a call, and last week a text pretended to be from Medibank—despite not being a member. I ignored the message and blocked the line.
Following my recent quote request on their website, I received an email stating that Medibank would contact me to discuss the details, and this number was used for the subsequent call.
The caller is indeed from Medibank; after requesting a quote on their website, they emailed saying they'd call, and the call came from this exact number.

This individual had an Asian accent and attempted to deceive me into taking action, but I ended the call as it was clearly a scam.
An Asian‑accented voice greeted me, and after I mentioned contacting my local office, I hung up, suspecting a scam.
The caller remained completly quiet, which was a bit creepy.
