I’m fairly certain it was NAB, given the other remarks, and I suspect it’s NAB because my account is overdrawn. lol.
After missing the call I called back and apparently it was the NAB Group; the recorded message told me to visit www.nabgroup.com.au. That's a fake, since NAB only uses nab.com.au, so I blocked the number—good try, lol.
When I returned the call, the automated system identified the line as part of the NAB group of companies.
