Def a scam call from some Indian guy
The caller claimed to be from Amex, but when I expresed my concerns, they advised me to call the number on the back of my card to verify their identity, somthing didnt seem rite.
A foreign‑accented caller, claiming to be from American Express, pressured me for my date of birth; when I refused, he became abusive.
Although this is a legitimate American Express number, it's possible that scammers may impersonate it. If you receive a call, it's advisable to hang up and contact American Express directly to verify the authenticity of the call.
After verifying with the number on the back of my card, I confirmed that this number indeed belongs to the Amex credit department, which was trying to inform me about an overdue account
Our business is constantly being rang by this number, and when i answer, they hangs up, definately a scam, wish i could block this number.

On several occassions, I got a call from this number, no message was left, when I called back, it was answered as Amex, pretty rude if you ask me.

When I answered, there was a long pause, and the guy on the other side didnt even mention his name, but he said where he was calling from, and asked to speak to someone who dont work in our office, I offered to take a message, but he said it was due to privacy, and he couldnt be called back, alot of red flags
Within an hour, I received two calls from this number, but the person on the other end remained silent, which is extremely frustrating
Although the caller could be from AMEX, they have called multiple times without leaving a message, which is suspicious, and the number will be blocked unless a message is left in the future.
