I dont know who the caller was, but the call showed up on my telstra guardian phone as a blocked number, so it didnt even ring, but it's still a nuisance

This number has been used in a scam, characterized by its use of different numbers, failure to leave a message when unanswered, and a brief delay followed by hang-up when answered.
Despite blocking these numbers repeatedly, they continue to call from different numbers, which is concerning since my mobile number is not publicly listed.
The frequency of unsolicited calls, often at inconvenient times, is frustrating, and the fact that many callers have limited English proficiency adds to the annoyance, making me consider disconnecting my landline.
A call was received at 7:45 pm, but the caller hung up after going to the message bank.
A call from Reachtel was received, allegedly conducting a survey on behalf of their mining clients.
I recieved two calls from them, at 7:06pm and 7:55pm, I hung up on them, they are completely useless, Telstra should take action and ban them from using australian phone numbers, it's rediculous.
One possible way to counter these scammers is to use free online phone call services to call them back repeatedly, which might eventually deter them; when one system blocks you, simply switch to another
Within a short span of 20 minutes, I received two calls from this number at 8 pm and 8:20 pm, which prompted me to block the number and update my answering machine with a message to screen calls

At 7:23 CST, I recieved a call from a company that claimed to be Kelly Research, a survey firm based in Sydney, but the call was silent, and when I rang back, they immediatly called again, despiite my request to not contact me, which I found quite harasssing and unprofesional.
Upon receiving a call from this number today, the person on the other end claimed to be from the Do Not Call Register, however they didnt sound very convincing, especally when they said their name was "John McLean" - it seemes like they wasnt prepared for me to question them

The caller rang twice in succession; the first time, they hung up after I answered, and the second time, they allowed it to go to voicemail before hanging up again. When I tried to call them back, I was informed that the number was not connected, which raises significant suspicions.

I recieved two calls from this number on a sunday, at 3pm and 4pm, but didnt answer either of them. I later returned the call using a privite ID and discovered that it was a telemarketing company called "TELEREACH" which also has a website and other presences.
At this point, I no longer answer calls on my home phone, instead opting to research the numbers online to determine the identity of the caller and decide whether to return the call, due to the overwhelming number of unwanted solicitations from solar companies, politicians, charities, and marketers at inconvenient hours.
The call screening feature picked up a call from this unknown number, which then proceeded to conduct a survey without requiring any user input, raising serious red flags.

It's unacceptable that these individuals are contacting people outside of regular working hours, disrupting the peaceful time of hardworking Australians.
This company is probably doing some kind of research on peoples attitudes towards tele-harassment, but it's not very clear what they want to achive
