Seriousy, who does this? Repeatedly I've told these people I'm in WA and I'm still getting calls at the crack of dawn, 5:30 am to be exact. They keep saying I owe some money to eBay, but the thing is, I dont even have an accnt. They've been calling non-stop for 2 weeks strait.
