However, the prosecutor's office investigating the case gave me this information: the number is from Rosario and is activated from this address: Moreno 477 (there's a bookstore there, but the phone is active even when the store is closed. The bookstore seems to be a front for a phone scam center). When they tried to investigate the owner, someone called to stop everything. The guy apparently has some kind of protection. I suggest that if any resident of Rosario passes by, they should smash the storefront. It might be the closest thing to getting justice.
