Me llamaron presentándose como empleados de BBVA, diciendo que mi tarjeta había sido clonada y que ya habían intentado realizar dos compras en Amazon; me transfirieron a un área para cancelar las compras, pero colgué porque la llamada era muy sospechosa

I recieved a call about a retained charge for a phone I never bought, they transfered me to my banks automated system but I hung up because it seemed fishy

After recieving a call from this number, claiming to be bbva, they informed me that my card had been cloned and attempted to acces my account, they gave me a folio number and transfered me to another person with the same voice, who explaned the situacion and gave me my card numbers, then asked me to make a recording saying my number with some dificulties

Después de recibir la llamada, me di cuenta de que supuestamente era de CITIBANAMEX, informandome sobre un cargo de una aseguradora poco común, me proporcionaron un folio y trataron de transferirme con un "EJECUTIVO DE ALTO NIVEL" en el área correspondiente, pero decidí colgar; debemos tener cuidado con estafas similares.

You should be carefull with this number, it's a posible scam, dont belive them when they say it's to redeem points from a card, first check with your bank.
