It’s incredibly frustrating to receive calls from this number. To my surprise, a Telcel employee confirmed it’s an official line. When I requested to block it remotely, they refused, claiming I’d miss out on promotions. I insisted on adding it to a blacklist, which they allegedly did, though it would take 24 hours to take effect. If you want to block it, demand to be added to their blacklist.

I've been recieving frequent calls from this number, they want me to switch from Movistar to Telcel, my girlfriend works with them and explained how these promoters operate, they buy phone books and harass people until they switch, they get comissions for each switch, thats why they are so persistant.

As a Movistar user, they call to offer a supposedly better rate or plan with Telcel. My approach is to create a contact list in my phone for all unwanted numbers, including this one, and use the iOS block feature to prevent future calls. I assume Android and Windows Phone have similar blocking features.

Telcel supposely called me from this number to offer a promotion, but the girl who answered had no profesionalism and i told them i wasnt interesed, still they keep calling me and i report it to *264 and they said this number dont belong to Telcel
