Because the phone showed that the connection is from Jelenia Gora, and i dont have any family or friends there, and besides its a huge part of the country away from me, so it only define this number as suspicious and negative in my opinion - and thats why i didnt answer the call. I waited untill it hang up, then i checked the reputation of this number and finaly blocked it. Thanks to other users comments, they are helpfull in prevention
