On saturday they try to obtain personal data under the pretext of possiblity to recover interes from credit in swiss francs

They're trying to extract data based on a loan in francs - the best solution is to agree, saying you have such a loan and didn't get a refund... or whatever they're talking about. Then there are two options: if you don't want them to call again, ask for the name associated with the system... because you want to verify - at this point, they hang up because they don't have any name and want to extract YOUR data. Or give them any name to mess with them - I did this on a prepaid number that's going to expire anyway, and they call even more often, wasting their time, because I hang up in the middle of the conversation...
