It seems like many people dont understand that these callers will keep calling until you answer and declin, then you should consider that ther are human beens on the other end of the line and they dont get to choose who they call, so behave like adults and declin politely, you can also ask them to remove you from ther register so they wont call you again, pretty clever rite!
This person is extremly persistant and even resorted to using foul langauge when i declined ther offer, completly unacseptable
