Following a conversation with an EE advisor, it has come to light that this number belongs to Ideal World, also known as the shopping channel, and it's alleged to be a scam where callers are charged excessive fees for their calls, so I would advise against contacting them
This number belongs to Ideal World, and it appears on their TV screen for ordering items, with a disclaimer stating that calls cost 20p per minute plus a company charge, so it is likely that the charge on my bill was a result of my own call to Ideal World, and I have learned to avoid such charges by placing orders online in the future.
